Job Summary: A leading company in the mining and construction sector is seeking a Rigger Operator to perform lifting and rigging operations, inspect the condition of lifting accessories, coordinate with supervision, and apply safety regulations. Correctly apply lifting signals and safety regulations **RIGGER OPERATOR – CAJAMARQUILLA REFINERY** A leading company in the mining and construction sector is currently seeking a **Rigger Operator** for a project at the **Cajamarquilla Refinery**, located in **Huachipa – Lima**. **WORK LOCATION** Cajamarquilla Refinery – Huachipa, Lima **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Saturday, according to site work schedule **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform lifting and rigging operations in accordance with established procedures. * Inspect the condition and certification of lifting accessories prior to each operation. * Maintain continuous coordination with crane operators and supervision. * Correctly apply lifting signals and safety regulations. * Comply with the project’s safety, health, and environmental standards. * Report unsafe conditions and support continuous improvement of processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Rigger in industrial projects, construction, mining, or refineries. * Knowledge of lifting equipment and accessories (slings, chains, shackles, hooks). * Familiarity with safety and load-lifting regulations. * Availability to work **Monday to Saturday**. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration per Peruvian labor law. * On-site lunch provided. * Job stability and a positive working environment.
