Job Summary: We are seeking Warehouse Assistants for the night shift, responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching products while maintaining warehouse order and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of products in the warehouse. 2. Performs picking, packing, classification, and retrieval of merchandise. 3. Ensures warehouse order and inventory control. We are GRUPO VEGA, a 100% Peruvian company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) — including food, personal hygiene products, and others. We work with highly recognized suppliers in the Peruvian market. Currently, we are seeking **Night Shift Warehouse Assistants \- LURIN SITE** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * With or without experience as a warehouse assistant in the FMCG sector * Experience in picking, packing, and product classification * Residency in districts adjacent to LURIN **Schedule:** Evening shift: Sundays to Fridays (**9 PM to 7 AM**; Saturdays off) **Responsibilities:** * Execute receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, and dispatching of products. * Maintain warehouse organization and conduct inventories. * Verify that supplier documentation matches incoming merchandise. * Report shortages, classification issues, and labeling discrepancies. * Perform classification, selection, and retrieval of merchandise. * Comply with use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and occupational health and safety policies. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Full payroll from day one **(CTS, BONUSES, PROFITS, VACATIONS)** * Market-competitive salary * Health Insurance + Statutory Life Insurance * Family allowance * Mobility bonus * Meal allowance * Commuting assistance * Career progression opportunities * Discounts at our stores * Educational agreements and corporate benefits. * **Night shift bonus** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,815\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
