Discover the challenges awaiting you as an Operational Control Analyst: * Coordinate with operational resources to execute planned operations. * Define, build, and monitor operational KPIs (SLA, productivity, response times, compliance, etc.). * Manage operational coordination to ensure SLA compliance. * Develop dashboards and operational monitoring reports. * Analyze deviations, bottlenecks, and incidents in processes. * Identify and document operational alerts and improvement opportunities. * Implement process, tool, or workflow improvements. * Participate in cross-functional working groups (Field Ops, Commercial, Support, etc.). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields * Intermediate-level English proficiency * Intermediate-level Bizagi knowledge * Intermediate-level Planner knowledge * Intermediate-level BI knowledge * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge * Previous experience in similar roles (1–3 years) * Familiarity with project and process management tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira) * Ability to create and analyze reports and dashboards * Desirable programming knowledge **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
