Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Metal Assembler and Welder from the metal-mechanical industry to interpret drawings, assemble metal structures, and supervise teams—ensuring quality and safety. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards A metal-mechanical company is seeking a **METAL ASSEMBLER \- WELDER**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings (Mandatory) * Availability to travel as required by projects * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate District (Mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary * MYPE payroll regime (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in Ate District Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural drawings. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site assignments when required.
