Job Summary: We are seeking a professional focused on inventory management and control, with experience in stock monitoring and data analysis to propose process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory management and control 2. Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems such as Odoo 3. Analytical and problem-solving skills **Candidate Profile:** A professional oriented toward inventory management and control, with solid knowledge of inventory analysis, administrative processes, and proficient information handling. Experience in stock monitoring, inventory movement analysis, and coordination with procurement, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and propose process improvements, contributing to process reduction and resource optimization. Proficiency in IT tools such as advanced Excel and ERP systems, including Odoo, for recording, controlling, and analyzing information. **Technological Tools:** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic macros). * ERP systems such as Softcom or Odoo. * Knowledge of inventory and/or logistics. * Database management skills. * Power BI knowledge (basic or intermediate level) \- Dashboard. **Data Analysis:** * Key metrics: turnover, coverage, stockouts. * Identification of inconsistencies or errors – Inventory. **Administrative Knowledge:** * Administrative processes in control management. * Basic accounting regulations. * Report and documentation preparation. **Soft Skills (highly important):** * Analytical thinking. * Clear communication with other departments. * Problem solving. * Time management. * Organization and attention to detail.
