Position Summary: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for Falabella Financiero, developing materials, delivering sessions, and administering training plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement training programs. 2. Develop diverse training materials. 3. Collaborate in monitoring performance indicators. **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for various departments of Falabella Financiero. * Develop training programs and materials (workshops, seminars, workshops, etc.) for employees across different departments. * Deliver individual and group training sessions, and evaluate their outcomes. * Maintain up-to-date attendance and course completion records for generating performance reports. * Stay current on best instructional and assessment strategies to identify improvement opportunities. * Administer the company's training plans to ensure increased productivity and competitiveness of employees. * Prepare organizational manuals, procedures, and updates to regulations to support optimal company operations. * Collaborate in monitoring performance indicators and measuring workplace climate per department. * Promote internal communication and collaboration. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Students from the 7th semester onward in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Prior experience in pre-professional internships in Talent / Training. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reports, and dashboards). * Schedule: Hybrid, three days per week onsite in San Borja.
