Positive work environment **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Job Description:** At **PUBLICITARQ**, a company with over 21 years of experience in the industry, we seek a hands-on and proactive **Operations Manager**. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the company’s operational processes, working closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and efficiency in project execution. **Reports to:** Project and Design Department Head, Plant Department Head, Procurement and Logistics Department Head, Cost and Budgeting Engineer. **Job Objective:** Ensure the correct and efficient execution of all projects and the supply chain—from the design phase through final delivery—by optimizing resources and maintaining the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** ○ Supervise and coordinate the full value chain: Projects, Design, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Costs. ○ Implement policies and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and safety across all project phases. ○ Plan production capacity and project management capacity based on demand. ○ Lead the supply chain strategy, including procurement and logistics management. ○ Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and vehicle fleet. **Requirements:** ○ **Education:** Degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. ○ **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in production, construction, or project implementation, with at least 2 years leading teams. ○ **Competencies:** Planning and Organization, Team Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Results Orientation. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Positive work environment. * Professional stability and growth opportunities. **If you are motivated to lead teams and drive results, we invite you to apply and join Publicitarq!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
