




Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Intern to support order management, documentation, supplier coordination, and goods logistics, collaborating with various departments to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the comprehensive management of purchase and service orders 2. Coordination with suppliers and internal departments for logistics processes 3. Opportunity for students from various university/technical programs We are currently recruiting: Purchasing Intern 1.1. Support in issuing purchase orders and service orders in the SIAC information system according to requirements from plant user departments. 1.2. Support in managing incoming documents related to purchased products or acquired services from suppliers (delivery notes, quotations, approvals) to ensure timely use by end users. 1.3. Support in consolidating and delivering supporting procurement documents for goods and/or services (purchase orders, delivery notes, reports, quotations, physical invoices) to the Planning and Management Control Department for prior approval (V°B°) before payment to the supplier. 1.4. Support in requesting production yield reports for raw materials from the Production Department, enabling estimation of required purchase quantities in coordination with the Planning and Management Control Department, based on container packing lists. 1.5. Support in managing supplier advance payments and cash purchase requests, subject to validation by the Buyer, Plant Manager, and/or Planning and Management Control Department Head. 1.6. Support in managing returns of non-conforming goods or products per Quality Department’s rejection criteria. 1.7. Support in continuously tracking automatic replenishment purchase orders or framework contracts established with certain suppliers. 1.8. Support in coordinating with transportation service providers for goods delivery to the plant. **a) PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION LEVEL:** \- University-level **PROFESSIONAL FIELD OF STUDY:** \-\- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business Administration, Logistics Administration Technician, Industrial Administration Technician, International Business Administration Technician, and/or related fields. **ACADEMIC STATUS:** \- Students from SENATI and/or universities **SPECIFIC JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE** 1.
