Opportunities for professional development and growth At ***Casino El Polo***, we are looking for a **Control and Skills Agent** to join our team. **Work Location:** Casino El Polo \- Surco **Responsibilities:** * Your responsibilities will include supervising and controlling the gaming area, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. * You will also be responsible for preventing and detecting any risky situations or suspicious activities in the casino. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in security positions * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other staff members. * Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge and experience operating security systems. **Schedule:** Rotating 24-hour shifts (48 hours per week) **Benefits** * Salary of S/ 1,600 \+ S/ 100 monthly mobility allowance (\+ applicable night shift bonus) * Biweekly payments * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits * A dynamic work environment. * Uniform * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
