**Requirements:** \* University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. \* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. \* Solid knowledge of integrated logistics management, procurement, and inventory control. \* Knowledge of BASC procedures. \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \* Experience leading work teams. \* Availability to work at the LURIN site. \* Experience in the Food or Fisheries sector. **Job Objective** Ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficiency across the entire logistics flow: procurement, supply, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. The Logistics Officer ensures orderly, fast, and cost-effective operations aligned with company growth. Key Responsibilities * Plan supply based on sales forecasts, minimum stock levels, and turnover rates. * Manage procurement: quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and follow-up. * Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments to ensure compliance with standards. * Supervise goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and Kardex management. * Maintain a 100% organized warehouse under the 5S methodology and internal procedures (SOPs). * Warehouse processes related to BASC. * Coordinate and implement the Foreign Trade area’s strategic plan, aligned with company objectives, and coordinate necessary actions to meet performance indicators. * Verify stock levels, product condition, packaging, and damage control. * Coordinate daily dispatches, customer deliveries, and shipments to provinces. * Prepare waybills, outgoing/incoming notes, invoices, and other logistics documentation. * Conduct cyclical inventories, internal audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. * Supervise accurate and timely recording of information—including notifications, transfers, and consumption—as well as ensure product traceability. * Optimize transportation routes and evaluate carrier performance. * Weekly reporting on inventories, procurement, delivery times, and logistics KPIs. * Lead warehouse staff by assigning tasks and supervising compliance. * Supervise inventory control, shrinkage control, and valuation of stock, based on the Good Storage Practices (GSP) program. * Plan and organize distribution of export orders. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
