Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Offensive Cybersecurity Analyst to lead the integration of Threat Intelligence and participate in the proactive identification of vulnerabilities, ensuring the organization's cybersecurity posture. Therefore, we are seeking talents who wish to join our Cybersecurity team in the role of **Offensive Cybersecurity Sr Analyst**. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead the integration and utilization of Threat Intelligence platforms, ensuring their effective use for proactive threat detection and risk prioritization. * Analyze and contextualize threat intelligence (actors, TTPs, campaigns) to generate actionable inputs for security and business teams. * Participate in the proactive identification of vulnerabilities through capabilities such as Vulnerability Management, Ethical Hacking, Threat Intelligence, and Red Team activities. * Analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate prioritization, tracking, and validation via retesting, contributing to the reduction of technological risk. * Participate in Threat Hunting, Adversary Emulation, Continuous Validation, and Purple Team exercises, validating the effectiveness of security controls against real-world attack scenarios. * Manage Attack Surface Management (ASM) capabilities and identify external exposure of the bank—including unmanaged assets. * Collaborate with technology, development, and security teams for effective vulnerability remediation and continuous improvement of controls. Develop technical and executive presentations to demonstrate the cybersecurity posture and risk evolution. * **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles within Banking, Insurance, or related industries. * Experience in cybersecurity, including at least two of the following domains: Ethical Hacking, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, or Red Team. * Experience leading initiatives and managing vendors. * Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT\&CK, OWASP Top 10, TIBER\-EU, and security best practices. * Preferred certifications: OSCP, eCPPT, eWPTX, CRTP, CTIA, eCTHP, or equivalent. * Knowledge of risk management, ISO 27001/27002, PCI\-DSS, DevSecOps. * Experience or knowledge in using AI agents, LLMs, and automation tools (including MCP or others) to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. * Experience/Knowledge working under Agile methodologies.
