DESCRIPTION **A leading company in the services sector is seeking a professional to fill the position of Offensive Cybersecurity Manager**, responsible for leading offensive testing, Red Team exercises, and vulnerability management—ensuring proactive identification of critical risks and operational resilience of systems against cyber threats. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage and execute **continuous offensive testing** across applications, APIs, physical environments, and cloud infrastructure to identify critical vulnerabilities and operational risks. * Define **offensive governance standards, metrics, and policies**, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with frameworks such as **MITRE ATT&CK**. * Coordinate **advanced simulations and Red Team exercises**, validating defenses and organizational resilience against adversarial tactics. * Prioritize vulnerabilities and risks through **contextual analysis, data correlation, and assessment of operational and reputational impact**. * Drive **automation and use of artificial intelligence** in offensive testing to optimize efficiency and coverage. * Ensure **executive reporting and strategic communication**, translating technical findings into business decisions and mitigation plans. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** * Minimum **6 years** of experience in offensive cybersecurity, penetration testing, or Red Teaming. * Minimum certifications: **OSCP, eCPPT**, or equivalents. * Advanced knowledge of **penetration testing tools, ethical hacking, offensive automation, attack frameworks, operating systems, networking, and cloud environments**. * Experience in **vulnerability management, offensive security, risk management, and regulatory compliance**. * Skills in **threat intelligence analysis, data correlation, prioritization of critical risks, and strategic communication**. * Competencies in **leadership, teamwork, and soft skills**. * Desirable knowledge: **information security frameworks, LLMs/AI applied to cybersecurity**. * Programming languages and threat intelligence.
