Our company, Diar Ingenieros SA, is seeking outstanding professionals for the position of **SSOMA Supervisor for Electrical Services Projects.** Join a company with an empowering work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Engineer or Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor in construction and electrical installation projects or electrical maintenance services. * Knowledge of current safety legislation. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work the night shift. * Willingness to travel (travel allowances provided). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implementation of the SSOMA Management System. * Updating emergency plans for the assigned Project/Service. * Coordination with the client. * Development of occupational safety and health procedures. * Identification, interpretation, and keeping up-to-date legal requirements, regulations, and standards related to safety, in coordination with the SSOMA Management Department. * Completing and maintaining updated and properly filed records. * Monitoring the correct use and application of safety forms. * Preparation of weekly, monthly, and security dossier reports. * Ensuring compliance on-site or during services with all safety measures and procedures established in regulations. * Leading safety training sessions and safety talks. * Reporting to the Project/Service Manager, Resident Engineer, and SSOMA Manager regarding any situation that may jeopardize worker, material, or equipment safety at the assigned site or service. **BENEFITS** * Competitive market salary, formal employment contract with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, social insurance, mandatory life insurance, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunities for growth and development. * Profit-sharing.
