




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive administrative assistant with a customer service orientation to perform support functions, such as opening and closing the branch and hosting customers. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive role with a customer service orientation. 2. Administrative support functions in the office. We are currently looking for an "ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT" for our Santiago de Surco office who can fulfill the following responsibilities: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** . Opening and closing the branch. . Filling out the incident logbook. . Hosting customers. . Supervising the completion of the attendance logbook. . Filling out the contract entry and exit logbook. . Packaging products. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Proactive individuals with a customer service orientation and strong communication skills. · Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. · Age: between 25 and 40 years old. · Credit bureau rating: 100% normal or no rating. · Availability to work full-time on-site. · No police or criminal records. · Minimum education: Secondary school diploma. · Willingness to work under the REMYPE labor regime. · Compensation: Market-competitive.
