Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a treasury assistant. * ERP (SAP) knowledge preferred — Basic/Intermediate. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations and cash flow management preferred. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Basic/Intermediate Power BI (preferred). * Basic English. Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or Accounting, Industrial Engineering. What you will do: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Payment Management:** * Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, tax withholdings, and other obligations. * Verify that payments are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals. * Prepare and upload payment files to banking platforms. * Record payments in the SAP system. **Bank Reconciliations:** * Perform daily or periodic reconciliations of bank accounts. * Identify and analyze discrepancies between accounting records and bank statements. * Record necessary adjustments (fees, interest, bank charges, etc.). * Follow up on unidentified or pending reconciliation items. **Negotiate banking transactions, rates, fees, exchange rates, etc.** * Ensure comparative alternatives from multiple institutions to select the best option for the company’s benefit. **Cash Flow Control:** * ****Record and update income and expenses in the weekly cash flow. * Support the preparation of short-term cash flow projections. **Audit Requirements and Document Management:** * Responsible for responding to audit requests related to the Treasury and Collections department.
