The selected candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining new and existing solutions within the organization — ranging from implementing reusable components and integrations (APIs, Queues) to refactoring and documenting code. They will closely collaborate with various teams, leading the application of best practices in development and driving innovation in tools and frameworks. **Work Modality:** On-site in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain new and existing solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Lead and implement software development best practices, promoting clean and efficient code. Create reusable components (libraries, DLLs, utilities) to optimize development. Implement robust integration components (APIs, Queues, SDKs, etc.). Innovate and apply cutting-edge tools and frameworks to enhance our solutions. Refactor code and resolve bugs, always adhering to software development best practices. Thoroughly document code, technical processes, and implemented solutions. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Desirable knowledge and experience using AWS services. Mandatory Knowledge **Advanced .NET 8 or 9:** Solid experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dapper. **Advanced React 18:** Frontend expertise in React 18, Redux, Axios, TanStack, Zustand, and Tailwind. **Databases:** Advanced experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). **APIs:** Experience designing and implementing REST/GraphQL APIs and handling authentication (JWT, OAuth2). **Tools and Methodologies:** Proficiency in Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Required Experience +4 years of proven full-stack development experience with .NET and React, both backend and frontend. Experience deploying applications using Docker/Kubernetes and SPA applications. Extensive experience building reusable components (backend and frontend). Solid experience with Clean Architecture, DDD, Event-Driven Architecture, and development best practices (SOLID, TDD). Experience implementing robust and efficient APIs using Dapper and Entity Framework. Experience with microservices architecture, BFF architecture, and ESB. Experience with GitFlow and CI/CD.
