The project is a key strategic initiative aimed at ensuring the long\-term environmental and operational sustainability of the mine. ##### **Your Impact** You will lead and coordinate Business Readiness activities to ensure the successful transition of the Water Treatment Plant project from construction to full operational readiness. Your work will ensure the plant starts up safely, efficiently, and aligned with Newmont’s environmental and operational standards. ##### **As a part of our team, you will** You will represent the technical team on site, working closely with engineering, construction, operations, commissioning and environmental groups, as well as with contractors and consultants.
