




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support the issuance of payment receipts, petty cash management, and accounting and tax-related procedures. Issuance of payment receipts An importing and distribution company of clinical laboratory products is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Issuance of payment receipts (invoicing). Support in preparing reports and summaries. Handling petty cash management tasks. Tracking and managing administrative procedures related to accounting and tax matters. Administrative support to the logistics operations and human resources departments. **REQUIREMENTS** Degree in Administration or related field. 1 year of experience in the position. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Magdalena. Experience with Concar accounting software (preferred). Microsoft Office – intermediate level.
