We are currently seeking a Security Engineer to implement and supervise Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards on the Bellaterra Project, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk prevention at the construction site. This position includes mentoring from a senior consultant during the first month. This role is intended for a junior-level candidate with solid technical foundations and a learning mindset—not for a permanent senior on-site role. **Responsibilities**: * Supervise compliance with on-site safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and periodic inspections. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, propose corrective actions, and report incidents, observations, and risks. * Support OSH management: IPERC, ATS, safety talks, inductions, training sessions, and maintenance of regulatory documentation. * Prepare reports on identified incidents, observations, and risks; coordinate with the construction team, with mentoring from the senior safety consultant during the first month. * Mentoring by a senior safety consultant during the first month. **Requirements**: * Final-year student, recent graduate, or holder of a degree in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 0–2 years of experience on construction sites or within Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) departments. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Basic OSH courses (preferred). * Prior experience in multifamily housing projects (preferred). * Strong observational and organizational skills, effective communication, a learning mindset, and firmness in enforcing regulations.
