Collaboration with parents for the student's holistic development Our client, Davy College — an educational institution focused on the International Baccalaureate (IB) — is seeking the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, accredited by SUNEDU. * Minimum English proficiency level B2; C1 preferred (instruction in and of English is required). * If a native English speaker, functional fluency in Spanish is required. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a classroom tutor at the Primary level (preferred). * Proficiency in ICT tools and digital platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). * Familiarity with Fieldwork Education’s IPC program (preferred). * Experience in international educational institutions or those implementing IB programs (preferred). * Willingness to reside in the city of Cajamarca**.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding supervision, discipline, coexistence, and student safety, both inside and outside the classroom, aligned with institutional objectives. * Develop, manage, and implement the curriculum plan consistent with institutional guidelines for each level, program, and grade to ensure achievement of subject- and school-level objectives. * Design, coordinate, and carry out the assessment process appropriate to the level, grade, and program: diagnosis, monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of results to demonstrate students’ mastery of competencies, capabilities, and skills, and ensure timely communication regarding their learning progress. * Monitor the progress and performance of students enrolled in differentiated assessment or support systems (SAE / Well-being) to achieve individual student goals. * Maintain timely communication with parents using institutional tools (DAVY ONLINE) to ensure effective communication regarding students’ academic and socio-emotional progress, challenges, and improvements, enabling collaborative family–school partnership. * Keep DRIVE, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, and DAVY ONLINE updated with required information according to institutional guidelines and scheduled deadlines to ensure effective teaching\-learning processes and information traceability. * Implement teaching methodology, key elements, and pedagogical approaches in class as stipulated by institutional guidelines, the IPC program, and the national curriculum (MINEDU), ensuring excellence in teaching aligned with national and international standards. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; two days per week extended until 4:30 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration (payroll) * Full coverage by PACIFICO Health Insurance (EPS) and Oncological Insurance * Educational benefit for employees with children * Transportation allowance Send CV to cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line: Bilingual Primary School Teacher – Cajamarca.
