Responsibilities: * Participate in the stages of the production process. * Comply with the procedures established by the HACCP system and complete each of the required forms for each stage. * Provide a sample from each production process for the corresponding quality control analysis. * Identify and propose improvements to the production processes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Required Skills: * Education: Completed secondary education. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the food industry. * Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electricity or electronics and chemicals is desirable. * Knowledge of GMP, GAP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and documentation management in the area is desirable. * Competencies: Responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
