




Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on factory trucks to ensure their proper operation and productivity. Spare parts inventory management ###### **Mission or Objective: Execute maintenance activities in accordance with defined quality and productivity standards to ensure the proper operation of factory trucks.** Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities according to respective work orders. * Adhere to the daily and weekly maintenance schedule established for equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures. * Complete executed work orders. * Inspect equipment functional status in accordance with the inspection plan and operational requirements. * Request spare parts in case of emergency. * Identify the root cause of equipment faults or deficiencies. * Detect deficiencies or improvement opportunities in operational systems and processes. * Coordinate equipment removal for maintenance and repairs. * Maintain a basic record of commonly used spare parts (e.g., brake discs, valves, etc.). * Maintain a minimum stock of spare parts for daily use. * Operate and park equipment in compliance with established safety regulations when required. * Assess risk conditions in the blasting zone. * Report hazardous situations to the relevant supervisor. Requirements: * Technical background in automotive mechanics, industrial electricity, maintenance electrician, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance, and ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams. * At least 1 year of experience performing maintenance on factory trucks. * Knowledge of diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. * Driver's license Class AIIB is desirable.
