We are looking for a **PLANT MANAGER** for our Lima plant located in Villa El Salvador. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Lead, direct, plan, and control plant production operations, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, productivity, and delivery-time targets, while guaranteeing efficient use of resources and human-team development. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Plan and schedule daily and weekly production. · Supervise manufacturing processes. · Ensure quality standards for finished products. · Control efficient use of raw materials. · Ensure compliance with quality standards. · Implement continuous improvements in production processes. · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. · Train supervisors and middle management. · Lead the operational team and strengthen workplace climate. · Ensure compliance with safety and OHS standards. · Handle documentation and plant preparation for certifications or standards required by public entities or others. · Responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). **CANDIDATE PROFILE** · Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within manufacturing plants. · Experience in wood or furniture industry is desirable. · Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs). · Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. · Proficiency in cutting-optimization software and production ERPs. · Experience leading operational teams. · Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability. Availability to work in: Villa El Salvador, behind the Certus Institute (Preferably residing in nearby areas).
