




Job Summary: A prestigious countryside restaurant is seeking a Logistics Manager to optimize supply chain operations, inventory control, and vendor management, ensuring operational excellence. A well-established and highly regarded countryside restaurant located in **Cieneguilla**, with years of operation and high customer traffic, is seeking a **Logistics Manager**. The purpose of this role is to guarantee efficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor coordination to uphold operational excellence in our kitchen and service operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Procurement Management:** Coordinate and negotiate with food suppliers (especially perishables: meats, fruits, and vegetables), beverage suppliers, and general supplies vendors. * **Stock Control:** Monitor inventory levels in dry storage and cold rooms to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * **Goods Receipt and Quality Control:** Lead goods receipt processes, ensuring products meet required standards for freshness, weight, and quality. * **Cost Optimization:** Conduct price comparison analyses and pursue strategic partnerships to improve profitability margins. * **Warehouse Management:** Organize and supervise storage operations in compliance with food safety regulations (GMP / HACCP), ensuring implementation of the **FIFO** (First In, First Out) system. * **Management Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on procurement costs, price fluctuations, and shrinkage for management review. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in logistics, warehouse, or procurement management, preferably within the **Restaurant, Hotel, or Mass Consumption** sectors. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel) and experience with warehouse management software (ERP). * **Competencies:** Strong negotiation skills, high sense of organization, integrity, and leadership. * **Location:** Willingness to work onsite in **Cieneguilla**.
