Job Summary: Efficiently supervise resources to fulfill the contract with the client, organizing daily work and ensuring proper execution of blasting operations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop a blasting operations team. 2. Coordinate and execute blasting activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct site inspections and safety analysis for blasting. Role Objective: Supervise resources efficiently (equipment and personnel) to fulfill the contract established with the client. Main Responsibilities: * Organize daily work for assigned personnel. * Verify correct detonator programming and/or tying. * Verify availability of resources for operations, or request them timely. * Inspect blasting before and after execution. * Ensure the work team has the necessary tools to perform tasks. * Collect information and generate reports regarding the blasting process. * Conduct site inspections to assess blasting feasibility and perform safety analysis. * Verify magazine square footage and its relation to loaded shots. * Collaborate with planning for factory truck replenishment. * Ensure achievement of targets and timelines by the work team. * Guide and correct personnel behavior. * Ensure good team performance and member development. * Ensure customer needs are met. * Coordinate blasting activities with the client and provide process reports. * Support measurement, material transport, detonator tying, priming, loading, and stemming operations. Requirements: * Licensed, registered, and certified Mining Engineer or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in blasting processes. * Class A2B driver's license
