A growing real estate construction company is looking for a **Field Engineer** to work on **multifamily** projects. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily building projects. * Knowledge of S10 and Ms Project systems, quantity takeoffs, and valuations. * Knowledge of REVIT modeling (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, direct, coordinate, and control all field activities. * Monitor progress according to project planning, scheduling, budget, and timeline (critical path), supporting progress reports and achievement of objectives. * Release work items according to the work schedule for each contractor. * Coordinate with main contractors for weekly material requests. * Collaborate with the Site Manager and contractors to develop overall and weekly schedules (Look Ahead). * Manage permits, licenses, and other construction-related documents. * Prepare quantity takeoffs by specialty. * Perform other job-related tasks.
