**Job Description:** DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR Location: San Juan de Lurigancho **General Profile:** We are seeking a **Digital Content Creation Specialist** capable of designing attractive visuals, managing social media accounts, and producing audiovisual content (video recording and editing). We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual who can contribute fresh ideas and enhance our digital presence. **Responsibilities:** * Designing graphic assets for social media (posts, stories, banners, flyers). * Planning and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Recording, editing, and producing short videos (Reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos). * Writing scripts and developing concepts for audiovisual content. * Basic operation of cameras, lighting, and staging. * Managing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Community monitoring and responding to messages/comments. * Preparing performance reports. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). * Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci). * Social media platform expertise: Meta, TikTok, and Facebook. * Minimum 1 year of experience creating digital content for brands. * Creativity, responsibility, and ability to work toward defined objectives. * In-person availability in SJL. **Conditions and Benefits** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). * Salary up to: S/ 1,800 (to be determined based on experience and interview performance). * Ongoing training on new digital tools and formats. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities based on performance.
