Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to coordinate documentation, control unloading operations, and prepare fishing reports to ensure smooth operational flow at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of documentation with suppliers.
2. Control and scheduling of unloading operations at the plant.
3. Preparation and analysis of administrative reports.
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical studies in Administration, Computer Science and Informatics, Industrial Management/Administration, or related fields.
* Advanced Office skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of record-keeping systems, report preparation, and administrative reporting.
* Proficiency in database management and digital/documentary archiving.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative tasks, data entry, or record keeping within industrial companies or the fishing sector.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and submit the daily declared fishing report, aligned with the purchase notice, to ensure proper scheduling of unloading operations at the plant.
* Coordinate with suppliers on the submission of required documentation for raw material unloading, ensuring compliance with plant-established requirements.
* Monitor unloading shifts according to camera and vessel arrival times at the gatehouse, guaranteeing operational order and efficiency.
* Prepare and update the raw material unloading schedule, maintain updated databases, and generate reports (e.g., pivot tables) for monitoring and analysis.
