Junior Cost Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for cost analysis, accounting closing, and report preparation, with a focus on proposing process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in monthly cost closing and Cost of Sales analysis 2. Analytical skills and attention to detail in accounting processes 3. Proactivity in proposing continuous process improvements **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Additional studies in costs, finance, or management control (preferred). * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (cost analyst, accounting/finance assistant, inventory analyst), preferably in the \[Real Estate / Construction] sector. * Experience in accounting closing processes and inventory valuation (preferred). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic macros). * ERP system knowledge (Concar, Softcom). * Basic understanding of cost accounting. * Power BI or other reporting tools (preferred, not mandatory). **Competencies/Skills**: * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organization and ability to meet tight deadlines (monthly closing). * Preparation of cost reports for the accounting/finance department. * Analysis of Monthly Cost of Sales. * Collaboration in monthly cost closing (provisions, adjustments, inventory reconciliations). * Strong communication skills to coordinate with logistics and accounting departments. * Proactivity in proposing process improvements. **Benefits** * Formal employment under MYPE (Small Business) payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Pleasant work environment. * Market-competitive salary.
