




**We are looking for talent with real kitchen experience in a restobar.** At **Nativa Restobar**, a space that blends modernity with nature, we are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** with initiative, speed, and passion for gastronomy to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in restobar or bar kitchens**. * Knowledge in **preparing snacks, fried foods, and quick starters**. * Ability to **maintain order and cleanliness** at their station. * Basic knowledge of **portioning, mise en place, and food handling**. * Availability to **work afternoon/night shifts, weekends, and holidays**. * Teamwork, punctuality, and positive attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **preparation of snacks, wings, skewers, tequeños, shrimp, etc.** * Carry out the daily **mise en place** according to menu and reservation volume. * Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of the work area. * Assist the chef in **plating dishes and time management**. * Monitor supplies and report needs to the kitchen supervisor. **We Offer:** * Immediate integration into a dynamic team with a pleasant environment. * Meals provided during shift. * Opportunity for **growth within the gastronomic department**. * Location: **Surquillo – bordering San Isidro**. * Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 6 PM to 3 AM Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Experience: * four: 1 year (Required) Workplace: On-site job
