Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Molders, Coremakers, or Assistants in foundry operations to ensure correct mold making, high-quality surface finishes, and support in the production process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper mold making and painting/assembly 2. Verify mold hygiene and surface finish quality 3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area A manufacturing company with over 15 years of experience is currently seeking **two (02) Molders, Coremakers, or Assistants:** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure correct mold making and proper painting/assembly of assigned molds. * Verify mold hygiene, surface finish quality, and correct core placement. * Assist in filling large molds and assembling molds requiring multiple personnel. * Adhere to daily mold-making and coremaking schedules. * Operate continuous mixers and other equipment used in the process correctly. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * For molders and coremakers: minimum 02 years of experience in foundry operations. * For foundry assistants: minimum 06 months of experience in heavy labor within industrial environments. * Must possess good physical condition and willingness to perform continuous physically demanding tasks. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Commitment * Punctuality * Flexibility Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,700.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * How long have you worked in foundries or industrial companies? * Where do you currently reside?
