You will guide and coordinate project teams, supporting their integration and growth. You will plan Workday configuration, lead and manage design review and prototyping sessions, and assist clients during data conversion or integration activities. You will be responsible for establishing solid business case foundations to enhance technology and/or modernize the human resources function—communicating the agenda, approach, and expectations to deliver strategic value to clients. Drawing on your experience, you will contribute specialized HR transformation expertise and provide recommendations that align projects with client strategies, as well as efficiently and innovatively resolve complex challenges. You will learn Deloitte’s methodology for implementations and apply it across all engagements.
