Job Summary: We are seeking Industrial Electromechanical Technicians with solid technical knowledge and analytical ability to ensure the proper operation of industrial equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures We seek individuals with solid Industrial Electromechanical Technical knowledge, analytical ability, and a problem-solving focus, who assume responsibility for the proper operation and care of food industry industrial equipment in Lima\-San Luis. 1\.\-REQUIREMENTS: \*Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. \*Academic degree: graduate or certified. \*Minimum 3 years or more of experience in industrial companies. \*Knowledge of electric motors, basic instrumentation, industrial mechanical systems, and industrial safety. \*Experience in high-risk work and compliance with safety regulations. 2\.\-RESPONSIBILITIES: º Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment according to schedule. º Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures in industrial machinery. º Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of equipment. º Prepare work reports and spare parts requisitions. º Perform emergency repairs whenever possible. 3\.\-WORK SCHEDULE: Shift I (12 hours): Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:45 PM \-7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Shift II (8 hours): Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \-3:00 PM to 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. One weekly day off. Availability to work overtime during emergency shutdowns as required by operational needs.
