Position Summary: We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams, ensure the execution of maintenance programs, and promote continuous improvement in the industrial and mining sectors. Join a renowned company in the industrial and mining sector! **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or graduate in **Heavy and Light Equipment Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields.** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in similar positions. * Knowledge of: Pneumatic systems; Automotive electricity; Microsoft Office at user level. * Desirable: Hydraulic system repair; Reading hydraulic schematics. * Availability to work under mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. * Lead mechanical and operator teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Plan and control availability of spare parts, materials, and resources required for maintenance activities. * Supervise field maintenance tasks and verify proper execution of work. * Prepare maintenance reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and cost tracking for the department. * Manage staff scheduling, vacations, and rest days. * Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and SSOMA departments to ensure operational continuity. * Conduct technical evaluations of machinery operators and issue fitness reports. * Promote continuous improvement in maintenance processes and compliance with the Integrated Management System. **We seek individuals with** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Strong commitment to safety. **What We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Salary: PEN 2,800 to PEN 3,300 gross, negotiable. * Mobility allowance and overtime pay. * Work location: Atocongo **Apply now and become part of a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement!** Salary: PEN 2,800.00 – PEN 3,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
