Job Summary: We are seeking a Returns Assistant to support the receipt, validation, classification, and registration of returned orders, maintaining control and coordination with warehouses or stores. Coordination of delivery of returned products At EVA Courier, we are currently looking for a Returns Assistant to support the receipt, validation, classification, and registration of returned orders at our San Martín de Porres headquarters. Responsibilities: * Receive returned orders from motorcycle couriers. * Verify the quantity and physical condition of returned products. * Classify orders according to the reason for return. * Assist in product validation using the ERP system. * Record returns and incidents on the corresponding platforms. * Coordinate delivery of products to the warehouse or stores, as applicable. * Report discrepancies, damages, or incidents detected during receipt. * Assist in inventories and control of returned products. * Maintain updated records of incidents and returns. Requirements: * Completed secondary education or technical training in Logistics or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in returns, warehousing, courier services, logistics, or retail. * Knowledge of return and inventory control. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Drive. * Organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Availability to work onsite in San Martín de Porres, near Óvalo Habich. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Conditions: * Working schedule from Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts such as 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Shift changes may occur biweekly or monthly. * Monthly remuneration of S/ 1,400, calculated based on actual days worked. * Biweekly payments. * Employment modality via Honorarium Receipt (RxH). * 100% onsite work.
