Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems Job Description: We are seeking a General Services Technician for residential/office remodeling and maintenance work. The primary responsibilities include drywall installation (framing, panels, joint compound), patching, painting, and floor tiling. Basic knowledge of electrical systems (replacing outlets/switches, conduit installation, simple wiring), plumbing (basic water and drainage repairs/replacements), and glazing (replacing glass panels in doors and windows) is also required. Main Responsibilities: Drywall installation: partitions, ceilings, repairs, trim work, and finishing ready for painting. Patching, filling, sanding, and painting (neat, professional finish). Proficiency in latex and enamel painting (using air compressors). Floor tiling (ceramic/porcelain): basic leveling, cutting, edge trims, and baseboards. Minor civil works and handover details. Basic installation of electrical and plumbing systems. Basic glazing installation (replacement or reinstallation of glass panels). Daily organization and cleaning, site protection, and proper handling of tools/materials. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in drywall and/or finishing (remodeling projects). Proficiency in drywall \+ patching/painting (mandatory). Floor tiling (preferred). Punctuality, responsibility, and high-quality finishing skills. Conditions: Willingness to work in Lima.
