Our **People Advisory Services** (PAS) practice specializes in labor consulting, providing strategic support to companies in managing their human capital. From regulatory compliance to labor model transformation, we help our clients navigate today’s evolving workplace challenges. By combining technical expertise with a people-centered perspective, we aim to generate sustainable value for organizations. **Requirements:** * Law graduate or bachelor’s degree candidate. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support participation in analyzing labor consulting topics, collective labor relations, as well as occupational safety and health, and social security matters for our clients. * Assist in preparing presentations related to individual and collective labor regulation, and occupational safety and health. * Review labor-related matters before administrative authorities (MTPE, SUNAFIL, SUNAT, ESSALUD). **Competencies:** * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Effective communication (written and verbal) * Proactivity
