




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage requests, coordinate technical services, and track customer requirements, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end request management and customer support. 2. Coordination of technical services and monitoring of service compliance. 3. Incident resolution and documentation preparation. At A\&A Copiadoras, an importer and distributor of office equipment and technology, we are looking for an **Operations Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving and managing requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, and corporate emails. * Providing support and follow-up on customer requirements. * Coordinating with the technical service department to schedule maintenance and installation visits. * Consolidating and managing technicians’ daily work orders for their assigned routes. * Monitoring response times and evaluating adherence to scheduled services. * Recording, tracking, and following up on service non-conformities or unforeseen events, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. * Preparing quotations and contracts, and managing the case file archive. * Using the internal system to record and track completed services. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, and/or professional title in Business Administration. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. **Competencies:** * Fluent communication skills and customer orientation. * Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage priorities. * Proactivity and attention to detail.
