STG - Southern Technology Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution of our initiatives in Peru, connecting creativity, data, and results. Main Responsibilities: Ensure proper application of branding and the Corporate Identity Manual. Lead the conceptualization and production of graphic and audiovisual content for digital channels. Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at strengthening the sales funnel (ATL/BTL). Keep commercial materials up to date. Plan and coordinate the brand’s participation in events and sponsorships. Manage relationships and content with PR and communications agencies. Track leads generated, in coordination with the sales team. Administer and maintain the CRM up to date. Coordinate endomarketing initiatives with the HR department. Coordinate and manage vendors (design, production, events, media, etc.). Manage the marketing department's budget. Requirements: Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: At least 2 years in similar positions. Experience working with agencies (digital, PR, design, etc.). Experience executing digital strategies and multichannel campaigns. Experience coordinating vendors and managing marketing projects. Desirable experience in B2B companies. Skills: CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce (Desirable). Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere (Mandatory). Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Mandatory).
