We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Maintenance Technician.** Requirements: * Technical Professional graduated or with incomplete studies in industrial electrotechnics, industrial electronics, telecommunications engineering, computer science or related fields. * Knowledge of CLARO's external fiber optic network. * Proficiency with equipment: FUSION SPLICER, OTDR, IOLM, POWER METER, VFL, TRAFFIC CLAMP * Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: * Resolve network issues, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, aesthetic, and finishing standards. * Activate services using specialized equipment effectively, efficiently, and carefully. * Ensure long-term functionality by maintaining optimal optical signal levels across the network. * Detect and verify that the network is ready for the next activation stage with the end customer. * Install fiber optic cables via aerial and conduit routes. * Implement horizontal FTTH networks. * Prepare and splice fiber optic cables. * Install 24/48/96/144-fiber trunk lines. * Operate and interpret measurement equipment (iOLM, OLTS, and microscope). * Build traditional or pre-connectorized horizontal FTTH networks. * Perform other duties inherent to the job position.
