Job Summary: This role ensures robust and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making for the Ice Cream and Dairy categories, managing collaboration with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure high-quality financial information for decision-making. 2. Lead routine portfolio of products review. 3. Actively participate in building financial scenarios. **Position Title:** Coordinating Controller Dairy and Ice Cream **Location:** Cercado de Lima. **Employment Type:** Full-time. **Reports To:** Business Controller Ice Cream \& Dairy **Department:** Ice Cream and Dairy Controllership **Purpose of the Position:** Ensures that financial information provided by Controllership for sound decision-making within the categories is robust and timely, through effective management with key stakeholders. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure business units use high-quality financial information for correct decision-making, minimizing potential risks and maximizing opportunities proactively, internally embedded, and correctly understood. * Jointly plan, review, and challenge commercial teams’ resource utilization (PFME and TTS) on a monthly basis, identifying risks and opportunities. * Build, control, and monitor area-specific fixed expense budgets: MOGEs, FDE, and TRAE. Timely report risks and opportunities to Business Controllership. * Analyze and challenge production and import cost results, coordinating effectively and proactively with Factory Controllership and DS. Incorporate price variance analyses proactively to assess potential scenarios. * Lead routine portfolio of products review and its financial evolution to provide visibility to Commercial and Controllership teams for portfolio-related decision-making. * Actively participate in the I\&R process by building various financial scenarios (CPVs), ensuring accurate financial information. * Ensure and analyze internal reporting to business stakeholders in coordination with corporate functions: DS, Sales Controllership, Supply Controllership, etc. * Collaborate closely with Decision Support to deliver high-quality data to Category Controllership promptly, with necessary analysis. * Actively participate in the MBP process by reviewing inputs and outputs to provide early alerts on risks and opportunities to Business Controllership. MBS \- Actively participate in building and coordinating required information with various stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely information is reflected in Atlas jointly with the DS team * **What Will Make You Successful:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance and/or Accounting qualification. * Over 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in management control and planning; experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries. * Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel \& PPT). * Intermediate Power BI skills. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * SAP: End-user level. * Experience using artificial intelligence applications. **Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure. * Critical thinking. * Teamwork. * Effective communication skills
