Job Summary:
The Material Planner ensures material availability for production while optimizing costs and managing the supply plan.
Key Responsibilities:

**Position Title:** Material Planner.**Location:** Cercado de Lima.**Employment Type:** Full-time.**Reports To:** Supply Planning Manager.

* Manage the optimized 18-month material supply plan (ROH, ZPACK, HALB) to ensure supply for production at appropriate cost levels.
* Directly manage supplier delivery schedules: including creation, submission, confirmation, receipt, and deviation analysis.
* Manage blocked and parked invoices.
* Handle all exceptions.
* Analyze and manage planning parameters such as lead times, safety stocks, minimum order quantities, and sourcing policies.
* Monitor inventory levels, identifying risks of stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence.
* Manage supply exceptions and develop mitigation plans for availability risks in collaboration with various stakeholders (Quality, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Procurement, Innovation & Development).
* Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives for planning processes.
**What Will Make You Successful:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Material Planner in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food and beverage industry.
* Knowledge of Materials Handling, Product Lifecycle Process, Master Data Management, and Production Planning.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Intermediate Power BI skills.
* Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory): ability to conduct meetings, negotiations, and written communication with international suppliers.
* SAP: End-user level.
