Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to develop design projects in both public and private sectors, with experience in basic and detailed engineering, budgeting, and complex solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Development of design projects in the public and private sectors. 2. Extensive knowledge of Electronic Security and Networks. 3. Experience in preparing technical-economic proposals. Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Mechatronics. Minimum 3 years of experience developing design projects in the public and private sectors. Proven knowledge and experience in designing and developing: Basic and detailed engineering Quantity take-offs (Metrados) Budgeting Preparation of Activity Price Units (APUs) Schedules and Gantt charts Customer site visits and information gathering Development and implementation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) Preparation and presentation/defense of technical-economic proposals Reading and drafting of drawings using AutoCAD, BIM (desirable) Integration of complex solutions Projects related to Public Safety, Control Centers, Mining Projects, Industrial Facilities, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, etc. Solid knowledge of: Electronic Security CCTV (infrared, thermal, analytic, AI-enabled cameras), Video Management Systems (VMS) Access Control (proximity readers, biometrics, panel networks, turnstiles, barriers) Intrusion detection Radar systems Video walls Fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems DACI-addressable panels Aspirating smoke detection and early warning systems Clean agent fire suppression systems Integration with third-party systems Networks and Communications Structured cabling (copper and fiber optic) Switching, routing, Wi-Fi Sizing of cabinets, racks, and self-contained enclosures Communication trays, conduits, and raceways Other systems (desirable): Public address and mass notification systems Nurse call systems Building Management Systems (BMS) Master clocks Unified communications. -Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate 3 years of experience Age: 18 years or older Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
