Their work is subject to established practices and procedures and may require periodic review. Depending on requirements, they may lead small project teams or working groups. **Responsibilities:** Typically possess more than 5 years of relevant experience in the discipline and competent knowledge and understanding of regulations, codes, design and fabrication standards, and standard industry practices. Able to navigate intranet pages, perform searches, and retrieve information. Capable of organizing information from multiple sources and retaining it per established format and policies. * Competently and efficiently use specialized design, analysis, and modeling tools, as well as interdisciplinary, data-centric methods. * Build appropriate, constructive, and effective relationships across the organization; use diplomacy and tact, remain approachable, and communicate clearly, precisely, and coherently—both verbally and in writing. Apply active listening principles and encourage feedback from and to others. * Work within a team visible to senior stakeholders; capable of collaborating and interfacing with multiple teams and stakeholders; able to prioritize workloads and assist other team members in achieving their goals. * Achieve outcomes set by themselves and others, meeting defined deadlines. * Strive to achieve ambitious goals, demonstrating enthusiasm, persistence, and tenacity. * Break down and prioritize work into executable tasks. * Take ownership of delivered work and ensure it is "right first time." * Adapt to learning and implementing new, increasingly complex concepts. * * Carefully and thoroughly examine problems and understand their interdependencies to propose solutions. **Requirements:**Professional Experience: 5 \-10 years If you require any **accessibility accommodations**, please be sure to specify them in your application. **Moving Forward Together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up, and will be heard.
