Interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors. **Requisition Number:** 23715BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an Intermediate Project Engineer for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 13 years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting engineering project management during study, engineering, construction, and operation phases. Projects include EOR, GISTM implementation, technical support, among others. * Supporting team organization and interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors. * Analyzing terms of reference for proposals and supporting their development. * Serving as a leader within the T\&W team to promote a horizontal culture with open communication and idea exchange among team members, peers (other Stantec Principals), and superiors. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Project Management Certification (Desirable). * Minimum 7 years of experience in similar project management roles (PM/Coordinator). * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite. * Intermediate proficiency in Primavera. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project. * Advanced proficiency in S10/Cost Software. * Advanced proficiency in English. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
