Job Summary: We are seeking a Painting Assistant for the manufacturing of fastening elements, with responsibilities including inspection, preparation, application, and quality control of industrial coatings. Operate automated equipment and perform basic maintenance. **Painting Assistant** We are a business group dedicated to the manufacturing of fastening and anchoring elements. Currently, we are seeking personnel to join our workforce. **Position Details** * **Workplace:** Otr. Huachipa Este Mz. B1 Lt. 2A, Lotización Industrial Bryson Hills, Huachipa. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Work Modality:** On-site. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and review work orders to identify the type of coating, color, and required specifications. * Identify, select, and verify paints, solvents, and materials, ensuring they are valid and in optimal condition. * Measure and verify product dimensions using calipers or Vernier calipers, as appropriate. * Prepare paint considering viscosity, temperature, and manufacturer specifications. * Adjust and calibrate application equipment, such as HVLP spray guns, Binks guns, or others. * Verify equipment cleanliness to prevent product contamination. * Regulate air pressure and equipment conditions prior to commencing application. * Apply coatings uniformly, complying with specified thicknesses and technical parameters. * Monitor product temperature during application, where applicable for hot-process operations. * Supervise environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity. * Execute oven curing processes according to technical specifications. * Operate automated equipment, such as ovens, DP Spin, and paint booths. * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of trays, racks, and the work area. * Inspect finished product quality to prevent rework or returns. * Comply with industrial safety standards and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * **Age:** 25 years or older. * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Knowledge:** * Types of industrial paints, solvents, and coatings. * Operation of spray equipment. * Thickness and finish control. * Use of measuring instruments, such as Vernier calipers and calipers. * Oven curing processes. * **Residence:** Preferably in areas near Huachipa, such as Santa Clara, Ate, Chaclacayo, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino, among others. * **Availability:** On-site work in Huachipa / San Antonio. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with social benefits under the MYPE regime. * Birthday leave day. * Biweekly salary payments. * Positive work environment. * Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR).
