SEMADA TECH, specialists in IT solutions for various industries, is looking for a Process Analyst to join an important operation within one of the country’s leading companies. Responsibilities \- Evaluate the company’s current processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. \- Map and document business processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy in workflow representation. \- Propose and implement process improvements that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance quality. \- Collaborate with the Data Office team to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization. \- Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures. \- Participate in master data management projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy of critical data. \- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for decision-making. \- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. \- Support different company departments in interpreting data and leveraging insights to improve their processes. \- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data processes align with business objectives. \- Participate in the planning and execution of projects involving data integration and utilization. \- Provide training and support to data system users, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization. \- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to processes and data. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis, data management, or similar roles. \- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). \- Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio). \- Familiarity with data management systems and databases. \- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). \- Solid expertise in MS Project.
