This is your opportunity to join a growing company where your analysis will be critical to decision-making and the development of new business opportunities. **What will be your mission?** Design, analyze, and manage the pricing strategy for our logistics services, ensuring commercial competitiveness, operational profitability, and financial sustainability through cost analysis, market trends, and pricing models. **What will you do?** * Prepare quotations for domestic and international clients. * Design and update tariff structures for various transportation operations. * Analyze costs by route, trip, customer, and unit type. * Evaluate operational profitability and propose optimization opportunities. * Participate in tenders (RFP/RFQ) by providing technical support to the commercial team. * Develop analytical models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI for decision-making. * Conduct market studies and tariff benchmarking. **We are looking for professionals with:** * Experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis within transportation companies, logistics providers (3PL/4PL), distribution, or supply chain organizations, with more than 3 years of experience. * A degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of logistics costing, financial simulation, profitability metrics, and optimization models. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and TMS; SQL and Python are considered assets. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Numerical aptitude. * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Teamwork and focus on continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** * Join an organization experiencing constant growth. * Participate in strategic and digital transformation projects. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Excellent work environment.
