We are currently seeking an **ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** to join our project at the **ALPAMARCA MINING UNIT - PASCO**. **Job Description:** An **Electrical Engineer** with 3 years of experience to perform electrical maintenance in mineral processing plants and metal-mechanical construction projects within the mining sector. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, as well as experience preparing quotations and budgets for maintenance and improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, registered with the Professional Engineers’ Association and duly licensed. * Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure professional experience in the mining industry. * Knowledge of electrical maintenance for industrial equipment and heavy machinery. * Experience preparing quotations and budgets for projects and maintenance activities. * Proficiency in computer tools (especially Excel and maintenance management software). * Teamwork capability, leadership skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems in mineral processing plants and metal-mechanical construction projects. * Coordinate and supervise electrical activities within the maintenance technical team. * Prepare quotations and budgets for electrical maintenance and improvement projects. * Diagnose electrical faults and propose effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all electrical activities. * Collaborate with other departments in planning and executing electrical projects. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * A dynamic and challenging work environment. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * 14x7 work schedule. * Transportation coverage for LIMA, OROYA, JUNIN, and PASCO. * Meals and accommodation provided at the mine site.
