Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage clients. **PROJECT MANAGER** **Job Objective** Lead the comprehensive management of Detailed Engineering services for the project's Water Treatment Plants, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, costs, risk management, and multidisciplinary interface coordination, thereby guaranteeing timely and efficient delivery of engineering deliverables. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree and licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering project management and development. * Minimum 5 years of experience as Head or Manager of Detailed Engineering Projects for water treatment plants, hydraulic infrastructure, or similar industrial projects. * Proven experience in multidisciplinary project management for mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of project planning and control, contract management, risk management, and quality assurance. * Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing clients. * BIM methodology experience is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Direct the comprehensive execution of Detailed Engineering services. * Manage project scope, schedule, quality, costs, and risks. * Coordinate involved technical disciplines and ensure integration of deliverables. * Lead progress, monitoring, and coordination meetings with the client. * Supervise compliance with contractual milestones and project schedules. * Manage technical interfaces between disciplines and related engineering packages. * Supervise technical quality of deliverables and adherence to project standards. * Promote effective communication among work teams and stakeholders. **Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Strategic planning. * Negotiation skills. * Effective communication. * Decision-making. * Conflict management. * Results orientation. * Analytical thinking.
